Insurance & Payment Information
I am in-network with Aetna for lactation services.
I also participate with The Lactation Network, a third-party service that works with several insurance plans. They accept:
- BCBS PPO
- United Healthcare
- Anthem PPO
- VA CCN
- PNOA
- Multiplan
If you have one of these plans, The Lactation Network will work directly with your insurance, and they will not charge you directly. To check your coverage, please fill out a simple online form, and they will get back to you with an answer within 1 business day.

For Cigna members, I use Wildflower Health to verify eligibility. The process is quick, and I can check your coverage eligibility for you instantly. Alternatively, you can check it yourself at this link:

If you do not have coverage through any of these options, my self-pay fees are as follows:
- Initial Visit: $240
- Follow-up Visits: $190
- Telehealth Consultations: $140
For Maryland Medicaid holders, all visits are $190.
